We at Nupur Gifts, strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online.
While there is no option to return orders as the gifts are customized according to your specific needs.
However, in case your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives.
Exchange the goods with new product Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods Team Nupur Gifts has the right to proceed for any one of the alternatives.
Please note, you will have 24 hours to contact us from the date you received the product.
At Nupur Gifts, every care is taken to ensure your product is well packed before it is dispatched. We take extreme measures to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of these products, in rare circumstances items can arrive damaged.
In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email [email protected] notifying us of any damage to the product along with pictures/videos. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.
Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The product must be returned in their original containers, and in their original packaging (where possible).
Subject to the above mentioned Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Nupur Gifts, it takes 4-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Nupur Gifts is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products/ Virtual-gifts
* Some health and personal care items
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.
